Through our joint efforts, we raise funds that are donated to organizations that fulfill our mission. In order to ensure that we are able to donate as much money as possible, it is crucial that we keep expenses to a minimum.
The Exchange Club of Naperville incurs expenses on behalf of all its members both for luncheons and dues. As a convenience to you and all Exchange Club members, you will be invoiced for lunches and quarterly dues. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
General membership meetings/luncheons are held on the first and third Friday at noon at Meson Sabika, unless members are notified otherwise. If you are not able to attend a meeting, you must email Kathy Gallian ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) to cancel your reservation by noon on the Wednesday prior to the meeting. If you don’t cancel your reservation, you will be billed the meeting/luncheon fee of $12.50 in arrears. Please note: There is a No Lunch Program for those of you that can't make luncheons due to work or other situations. Details can be provided upon request.
Dues are billed at the rate of $44.00 per quarter (this is subject to change by action of the Board of Directors with notification provided to you).
You will soon be invited to attend a new member orientation. Orientations start at 45 minutes before selected Friday luncheon meetings and will be followed by your induction into our club. Please note: You are a member with our receipt of your completed application, New Member enrollment form and $35.00 check. You can participate in all our activities prior to going through Orientation and Induction.
